# About Movies

I've always been a big movie fan, and had throughout the years tries to track my watched and most favorite movies using various service, to no avail.

In the end, I thought, why not just use a simple list, so the page listed my all time favorite movies, in no particular order:

### [The Florida Project](https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/394117-the-florida-project/)

The story of a precocious six year-old and her ragtag group of friends whose summer break is filled with childhood wonder, possibility and a sense of adventure while the adults around them struggle with hard times.

What I liked about it? the pastel colors, cinematography, the views, felt eerily similar to being in US motels. The pacing made it so viewers felt they really know the characters. Acting was top notch. Those whole things just fit to the story it tries to tell.

In 1960s Hong Kong, two neighbors form an intimate bond after making a discovery about their spouses in this visually stunning tale of unrequited love.

What I liked about it? the color red!

### [Sicario](https://letterboxd.com/film/sicario-2015/)

An idealistic FBI agent is enlisted by a government task force to aid in the escalating war against drugs at the border area between the U.S. and Mexico.

What I liked about it? the plot and placing was perfect.
